Mumbai Indians is set to take on the debuting franchise Lucknow Super Giants in Match 26 of the IPL 2022 on 16th April at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
Rohit Sharma’s Mumbai Indians (MI) have been nowhere near their best in the ongoing Indian T20 tournament. The franchise has already lost five matches on the trot and are on the thin lines of elimination from the IPL 2022.
The experts have criticised the franchise for its poor strategy during the player auctions. MI exhausted a major chunk of its purse value on overseas players, but they haven’t been used extensively in IPL 2022.
